Daily Summary Report

You can use the Daily Summary report to get high-level details of the Sales, Collections, Revenue, Guests, Employees, Register Closure, and Business Unit Sales of a center for a specified date.

Follow these steps to run the Daily Summary report:

  1. Make sure you are at the center level for which you want to run the report. 
  2. On the Main menu, click the Reports tab.
  3. On the Reports Dashboard, click Daily Reports > Daily Summary.
  4. From the Select a Reports list, click Daily Summary.
    The report opens in a new tab.
  5. Click Refresh to view the report. To export the report, on the top right side of the report, click the Excel  or  .CSV  icons .  

Filter Criteria

Criteria Description
Date

By default, the report is set to current date. To view the report for a different date, click the desired arrow to move one date at a time or use the calendar icon and select the required date.
 

Show CC types Select this option if you wish to see the types of cards used (Mastercard, Visa, etc.,) in the Collections section. The Collections section also displays how much money was swiped for each card type.
Show custom payment types Select this option if you wish to see the payments made through custom payments that you setup in your organization. The custom payment details appear in the Collections section. The Collections section also displays how much money was collected for each custom payment type.

 

Category Descriptions

The Daily Summary report has 7 categories. This section gives a summary of the following categories:

  • Sales
    The Sales category gives you the details of all the sales (services, classes, products, memberships, packages, gift cards, and pre-paid cards) including the number of items sold and the sales realized after factoring in all the discounts and excluding tax in a center on a specified date.   • Collections
    The Collections category gives you details of all the payments received (via cash, card, check, and custom payments) and redemptions (via memberships, gift cards etc.,)  in a center on a specified date. For detailed information, see Daily Summary Report: Collections.
  • Register Closures
    The Register Closures category gives you details of the details of Register Closure, collections, and opening and closing balance in a center on a specified date. For detailed information, see Daily Summary Report: Register Closures.
  • Revenue and Sales Summary
    The Revenue and Sales category gives you details of the projected revenue, collections from new and existing members,  revenue details (collections and redemptions), and modified and open sales in a center on a specified date. For detailed information, see Daily Summary Report: Revenue and Sales Summary.
  • Guests Summary
    The Guests category gives you details of the visits by new and existing guests, services availed by them, rebooking details, purchase details, average invoice, service, and sale value by guests, appointment status (canceled, no shows etc.), customer satisfaction, and center utilization of Employee and Room in a center on a specified date. For detailed information, see Daily Summary Report: Guests Summary.
  • Employees Summary
    The Employees category gives you details of the therapists generating the highest and lowest service revenue, therapists who are on track and off track in achieving revenue targets, attendance details, tips collected, and petty cash details in a center on a specified date. For detailed information, see Daily Summary Report: Employees Summary.
  • Business Unit Sales Summary
    The Business Unit Sales category gives you all the sales (services, classes, products, memberships, packages, gift cards, and pre-paid cards) categorized by Business Units.
