Note: This option is available only for gift cards purchased online. If the gift card has been purchased in-store, the guest needs to contact the center to resend the gift card email.
Guests can anytime resend a gift card email to the intended recipient from their online account. This is particularly useful when the recipient has not received the gift card or if their email address has changed.
To resend the notification from the buyer’s online account:
- Log on to the website using the username and password.
- Click My Account at the top right corner.
- Click the Prepaid cards tab.
- Click Email Details beside the relevant gift card details.
- In the pop-up window, click Send Again.
- In the pop-up window, enter the recipient's email address, and click Send Gift Card.
The gift card gets delivered to the recipient.
