Daily Summary Report: Employees Summary

The Employees Summary category of the Daily Summary report gives you details of the following:

  • Which therapists generated the highest and lowest service revenue
  • Therapists who are on track and off track in achieving their revenue targets
  • How many employees came on time and how many did not show up
  • Total tips collected
  • Petty cash details

The following are the entries in this category and explanation of the values:

Field Reading the Value Additional Information
Therapist Service Revenue

This section displays the names of the therapists who have generated the highest and lowest service revenue (revenue realized from performing services) at your center on the selected date.

Example

In the screenshot, the interpretation of the fields is as follows: 

  • Highest: Displays the name of the therapist who has generated the highest revenue.
    In the example, Robert Hill generated the highest service revenue on the selected date.
  • Lowest: Displays the name of the therapist who has generated the lowest service revenue.
    In the example, Day Jane generated the lowest service revenue on the selected date.
  • You can validate the values in the Therapist Service Revenue field from the Service Revenue column of the Therapist Earnings (Day) report (Reports > Daily Reports > Therapist Earnings (Day)). 
Therapists vs Targets

If you have set monthly service revenue targets for your therapists, this field displays the number of therapists who are on track and off track in meeting the targets.

Example

In the screenshot, the interpretation of the fields is as follows: 

  • # On Target: Displays the number of therapists who are on track to meet their service revenue target.
  • # Off Target: Displays the number of therapists who are off track in meeting their service revenue target.

You can validate the values in these fields from Therapist Earnings (Month) report (Reports > Daily Reports > Therapist Earnings (Month)

  1. Export the Therapist Earnings (Month) report of the desired date to excel.
  2. Compare the Proj Service Revenue (this is the projected service revenue of the month) and Target Revenue columns for each employee. You will get the number of employees who are on and off track in meeting the targets.
Employee Attendance

This section displays the following:

  • The number of employees who checked-in on or before the expected check-in time.
  • The number of employees who checked-in after the expected check-in time.
  • The number of employees who did not turn up at the center.

Example

In the screenshot, the interpretation of the fields is as follows:  

  • # On Time: Displays the number of employees who checked-in on time.
    In the example, 7 employees checked-in on or before the expected check-in 
    time.
  • # Late: Displays the number of employees who checked-in after the expected check-in time.
    In the example, 6 employees checked-in after the expected check-in time. 
  • # No Show: Displays the number of employees who did not turn up at the center.
    In the example, 3 employees did not turn up at the center.

You can validate the values in these fields from Employee Attendance report (Reports > Daily Reports > Employee Attendance

  1. Compare the Expected Checkin and Actual Checkin columns for each employee. You will get the # On Time an # Late employees.
  2. For # No Show, filter the Actual Checkin column to display blank fields. From this list, filter the Status column to display Working. You will get the number of  # No Show employees.
Tips

This field displays the total amount collected by the front office from guests as tips to the therapists for their services.

In the example, the front office collected $ 250 as tips on the selected date.

  • You can validate the value in this field from the Tips column of the Sales Reports - Invoices report (Reports > Finance > Sales > Invoices (General)). 
Petty Cash

This section displays the following information related to Petty Cash:

  • Receipts: Cash added to petty cash register
  • Expenses: Cash spent from the petty cash register
  • You can validate the value in this section from the Receipts and Expenses columns of the Accounting Reports (Reports > Finance > Accounting > Daily Petty Cash Details).
