Report: Conversion - Summary

Overview

The Sales Conversion - Summary Report gives you a quick summary about how a particular Sales Owner converted Sales Opportunities from one status to another.

Example: How many Opportunities did Harry King convert from Prospect to Won status in the past 3 months?

Navigation

To view the Conversion - Summary Report from the Organization level:

  1. From the main menu, click the Sales tab.
    The Sales Dashboard opens.
  2. Expand Reports from the left panel.
  3. Click Conversion.
  4. from the Select a Report drop down list box, select Conversion Report - Summary.
  5. Select the Center for which you wish you view the report.
    Example: Los Angeles
  6. Select a Sales Owner of whom you wish to view the report.
  7. Select the From Status for which you wish to generate the report.
    Example: Your From Status could be Prospect. Which means, you wish to generate a report for a given Sales Owner whose Conversion of Opportunities went from Prospect to Won.
  8. Select the To Status for which you wish to generate the report.
    Example: Your To Status could be Won. Which means, you wish to generate a report for a given Sales Owner whose Conversion of Opportunities went from Prospect to Won.
  9. Select a time period for which you want to view the report.
    Example: 3 month
    If you select Custom, you need to further specify the From and To date for the report; you can view these reports for up to 6 months in the future from the present month.
  10. Click Refresh.
    The Conversion - Summary Report appears.
    Note: To export the report, on the top right side of the report, click the Excel or .CSV icons.

To view the Conversion - Summary Report from the Center level:

  1. From the main menu, click the Sales tab.
    The Sales Dashboard opens.
  2. Expand Reports from the left panel.
  3. Click  Conversion.
  4. From the Select a Report drop down list box, select Conversion Report - Summary.
  5. Select a Sales Owner of whom you wish to view the report.
  6. Select the From Status for which you wish to generate the report.
    Example: Your From Status could be Prospect. Which means, you wish to generate a report for a given Sales Owner whose Conversion of Opportunities went from Prospect to Won.
  7. Select the To Status for which you wish to generate the report.
    Example: Your To Status could be Lost. Which means, you wish to generate a report for a given Sales Owner whose Conversion of Opportunities went from Prospect to Won.
  8. Select a time period for which you want to view the report.
    Example: 3 months

  9. Click Refresh.
    The Conversion - Summary Report appears.

Conversion Report - Summary

Select this option if you wish to view a list of Opportunities and details such as the name of the Opportunity, Follow-up Date, Guest Name, Mobile Number. This report is useful for you to focus on the Follow-up Dates and quickly get in touch with Guests using their phone numbers.

Select an Owner

Names of Sales Owners

Select the name of a Sales Owner for whom you want to run the report to see the Conversion rate.

Example: What was the Conversion % of Aaron King for Opportunities that went from Active to Won Status in the past 1 month?

Select the From Status for which you want to generate the report.

Select the To Status for which you want to generate the report.

From the drop-down list, select either 1, 2, 3, or 6 months or Custom.

Note: For custom dates, you can view data for a maximum date range of 6 months at a time.

Example: If you wish to see data from January to August, first view data from January to June and then view data from July to August.

Note: You can click all the column titles to sort them in ascending or descending order.

Center

Displays the name of the Center.

Owner

Displays the name of the Owner.

From Status

Displays the From Status.

Example: Lead status

To Status

Displays the To Status.

Example: Won status

# From Status

Displays the number of the From Status.

Example: If the From Status is Lead, then this column displays the number of Leads the Sales Owner is responsible for.

# To Status

Displays the number of the To Status.

Example: If the To Status is Won, then this column displays the number of Wins the Sales Owner is responsible for.

% Conversion

Provides the percentage of Conversion for a particular Sales Owner. You can use this information to compare the performance of different Sales Owners and give them directions, as needed.

Paid Invoices

Lists the number of paid invoices.
