It is important for you to track and renew each and every Membership because it promises revenue. Therefore, each time a Membership expires, it is an Opportunity for you to sell the guest either the same Membership or sell an upgraded Membership. For this reason, it is best to set up the application to automatically create Opportunities when Membership expires so that it is easy for you to follow-up and take necessary action.
Note: You can create Memberships only at the Organization level. You can then apply these Memberships to any of the Centers within your Organization.
Types of Membership
There are two types of Memberships - Non- Recurring Memberships and Recurring Memberships. It is important to create Opportunities or Sales Leads for both these types of Memberships as both are sources for revenue.
- Non-Recurring Memberships: Non-Recurring Memberships are pre-paid Memberships where guests usually pay the Membership Fee in one go and use the benefits of the Membership throughout the valid period. Creating an Opportunity when a Non-Recurring Membership Expires
