Report: Enrollment

You can use the Enrollment report to view the enrollment details of the guests including their current and previous tier (to see how the guests have moved across the tiers).

Note: This report is available only if you have setup Tiered loyalty program at the organization level.

Follow these steps to run the report:

  1. Make sure you have selected the center for which you want to run the report. 
  2. On the Main menu, click the Reports tab.
  3. On the Reports Dashboard, click Loyalty > Enrollment (from filter).
  4. Click Enrollment. The report opens in a new tab. 
  5. Click Refresh to see the report. To export the report, on the top right side of the report, click the Excel  or .CSV icons

Filter Criteria

Criteria Options Description
Select Enrollment Time Period 1 Month,
2 Months,
3 Months,
6 Months,
Based on your requirement, from the drop-down list, select either 1, 2, 3, or 6 months. You can alternatively choose Custom from the list and specify custom dates.
Note: For custom dates, you can view data for a maximum date range of 6 months at a time.
Example: If you wish to see data from January to August, first view data from January to June and then view data from July to August. 
Tier Name   Based on your requirement, select a tier whose enrollment details you wish to view. If you wish to view all the tier enrollments at your center, leave the option unchanged at "All".

Column Descriptions

Column Description
GUEST The name of the guest. Clicking the guest's name, opens the guest's profile
ENROLLMENT DATE The date on which the guest was enrolled in the tier
CURRENT TIER The tier in which the guest is currently in
PREVIOUS TIER The tier in which the guest was previously in
