How to Change the Membership Billing Date

 

You can only change the next billing date for a membership. To change all future payment dates, you need to contact support@zenoti.com.

To change the next membership payment date

  1. In the appointment book search box, start typing the name of the guest.
  2. On the matching guest record, click Profile
  3. On the guest details window, click the Memberships tab.
  4. Click the name of the membership.
  5. Next to Scheduled Payment field, click Change, then select a date from the calendar.
  6. Click Save.
