Invalid Credentials when logging into the Zenoti APP on iPhone/iPad


In the Zenoti APP the account name, username and password of the credentialed Zenoti user has to be entered.

One common message that you see when trying to login into Zenoti is invalid accountname/credentials.  This can be due to two reasons:

1. The account name, username, password do not match or are wrong. 

2. The enable mobile application access option is not checked in the employee record of the Zenoti login you are trying to use to access the app.  This needs to be enabled to login into Zenoti app.
