Viewing the Guest Profile or History

 

You can offer personalized services to your guests through detailed guest data that include the guest’s personal details, preferences, appointment history, purchase history, membership details, loyalty points, and much more. The Guest Profile screen stores guest details and history. Front Office Executives can perform other tasks such as giving refunds and updating guest data from the same screen.  After you add a guest, this Guest Profile screen becomes the hub for all information relevant to managing an individual guest experience at your Center. Zenoti shows all the important data related to your guests, including the guest's personal details, appointment history, purchase history, membership details, payments, notification, and much more in the guest details page. The guest details page helps you understand the buying patterns and preferences of your guests among other essential information, and enables you to provide them a personalized experience at your center.

Accessing the Guest Profile

There are a few ways to access the guest profile or history from the appointment book. In all the approaches below, the guest profile will always open on the General tab that contains the guest’s personal details.

  • Viewing Guest History/Profile for Existing Appointments: To access the guest profile or history for existing appointments, follow the below steps:
  1. In the appointment book, click the appointment block, and then click View Guest History on the menu.  
  2. The Guest Profile page opens in a new window.
  • Viewing Guest History for New Appointments (existing guest): To access the guest profile or history for a new appointments booked by an existing guest, follow the below steps:
  1. In the appointment book, click an open appointment block, and click New Appointment.
  2. Enter the guest information in the Appointment Info panel, and click the History link at the bottom of the panel.
    This will launch a new window that opens the Guest Profile page.
  • View the Guest Profile from the Search box: Alternatively, you can view the guest profile or history from the Search box in the appointment book. Follow the below steps to open the Guest Profile page:
  1. Type the name of the guest on your appointment book Search box.
  2. On the resulting guest record, click the Profile link. 
    This will launch a new window that opens the Guest Profile page.
