You might notice some invoice numbers or receipt numbers missing from a report and might want to know information about these invoices or receipts. To search for an invoice or receipt, follow these steps:
- On the appointment book, click an open slot, then click Search Invoice No/Receipt No.
- On the Search for an Invoice or a Receipt dialog, select either Invoice number or Receipt Number option from the list, then type the number in the adjacent box.
- The system shows the information about the invoice or the receipt. Links to show the invoice or reopen the ticket is also shown. Note that in case of a product sale, the Return link is also shown using which you can handle product returns.
