What is This?

Occasionally, you may want to store additional data for a specific service or guest. For example, you may need to know the guest’s hair type for a hair spa service, or store the guest’s skin type for a customized facial. Custom fields can be created for services and guests. To create a drop-down list custom field, where the front office can choose a value from a list of values, you need to define the list values using the custom list option.


  • Search for an existing custom list by entering the list name.
  • Click on a column header to sort the list based on that column.
  • Click on an existing list name to modify the properties of the custom list.
  • Export the custom list to other formats, such as CSV, PDF, or Excel.
