Guest Categories

What is This?

Zenoti will automatically assign customers to categories based on the rules you define here. 
The icons next to each rule display in the appointment book. These icons serve as a quick reference for your receptionist when a guest books an appointment. And, should be used to personalize the guest's experience. For example, you could book your nicest room for high spenders.


Categories have different values for different centers. For example, a high spender in one center could be different from a high spender in another center. Customize the categories for each center appropriately.
