Tax Groups - General

What is This?

Tax groups are used by the POS to calculate tax amounts. A tax group can consist of one or more tax components, which you define in the next tab.  


  • We’ve created a default tax group for you to use. You must verify and update values in each group before using the POS.
  • After defining your tax groups here, assign appropriate tax groups for each center. You might apply multiple tax groups for a single center, e.g. different tax groups for service and product sales.
