Categories - Manage Petty Cash Categories

What is This?

Define petty cash categories or account headers to record petty cash transactions (Expense and Receipt) from the Appointment Book. A petty cash category needs to be selected when recording a petty cash transaction from the Appointment Book. You can also review reports on petty cash categories to understand where you are spending more.

Tips

  • Search for a category by entering the petty cash category name.
  • Click on the category name to update the properties of an existing petty cash category.
  • Click on a column header to sort the list based on that column.
  • Export the petty cash category list to other formats, such as CSV, PDF or Excel.
