What is This?

List of all issues in the current center along with the status is shown. You can export this list to Excel by clicking on the Excel icon. Issues may be submitted by guests or internal employees. Search for an issue on the basis of various parameters. Issues are also automatically created if poor feedback is recorded for an appointment through the Appointment Book. Such issues are highlighted in the list.

The Issues daily report contains all issues created in a center and is sent to the owner automatically each day.

Create an issue by clicking the 'Add Issue' button.
