Choose to auto-print this feedback form on every guest receipt. Reception can then record the feedback ratings given by the guest in the software to ensure every feedback - positive or negative gets tracked. An 'issue' is created automatically anytime a negative feedback is entered in the software and becomes a part of the Issues daily report, which is sent to the owner.
You can also capture feedback online which is directly entered by the guest through a tablet device at the front office. Alternatively, you can choose to use customized feedback cards if you do not wish to use the feedback feature of Zenoti.
The ability to print the feedback form before or after payment needs to be enabled from the Organization - Settings page.
