Define values for various metrics used to capture employee performance in your center. Define goals or targets for each metric and share these goals to set performance expectations with your employees. The system then automatically tracks performance for your therapists against each metric listed. This allows you to monitor performance and reward employees based on real data.
Use the 'Employee Performance' reports to track performance by each metric.
Once defined, review the goals periodically to ensure they are stretch goals.
