By default, employees with these security roles can cancel memberships: Marketing Manager, Manager, Zonal Manager, and Owner. Learn more
- In your appointment book search box, start typing the name of the guest.
- Click the Profile link for the matching guest record.
- In the Guest Profile window, click the Memberships tab.
- Click the name of the membership you want to cancel.
- Click Cancel.
- Type any helpful notes in the Comments box. If the cancellation reasons are enabled for your organization, you need to select a reason from the list before you can cancel the membership.
