How to Cancel a Membership

By default, employees with these security roles can cancel memberships: Marketing Manager, Manager, Zonal Manager, and Owner. Learn more
  1. In your appointment book search box, start typing the name of the guest.
  2. Click the Profile link for the matching guest record.
  3. In the Guest Profile window, click the Memberships tab.
  4. Click the name of the membership you want to cancel.

  5. Click Cancel.

  6. Type any helpful notes in the Comments box. If the cancellation reasons are enabled for your organization, you need to select a reason from the list before you can cancel the membership.
