View Your Payroll on Your Dashboard

The details that appear in the Payroll section of your Dashboard vary depending on whether the following checkboxes are selected:

  • Calculate employee pay based on higher of total hourly pay and service commission at the Center (Admin > Organization > Centers > Center Name > Settings tab > Employee section). 
  • Invoice wise details (on the Employee Dashboard): If you select this checkbox, you can view a break-up of commission details  - there is one row for each invoice in the dashboard. The commission you earn on each item of the same invoice appears in the same row.

Refer to the following table for columns and their descriptions. 

Column  Description
Date  Displays the date on which the invoice was closed. 
Guest 

Displays the name of the guest.

Invoice No Displays the invoice number.
Item Name  Displays the sale item on which you have earned the commission such as name of the service you provided or the name of product you sold.   
Type  Includes the following items: Service, Add-on, Product, Membership, Package, Gift Card, Prepaid Card, Tip, Center Commission, or Tenure Bonus.
Commissions Displays the total commission you received on that item.
Tips Displays the total tips you received on that invoice. 
Service Deductions Displays the amount that was deducted from your commission as service deduction. Read: Set Up Commission Deductions for Services
Invoice Deductions Displays the amount that was deducted from your commission as invoice deduction. Read: Set Up Commission Deductions for Invoices and Total Commissions

Column Description
Invoice No Displays the invoice number.
Guest  Displays the name of the guest.
Closed Date  Displays the date on which the invoice was closed.
Service Hours Displays the number of your service hours. 
Service Commission Displays the service commission you have earned.
Free Service Commission Displays the free service commission you have earned.
Add-On Service Commission Displays the add-on service commission you have earned.
Product Commission Displays the service commission you have earned.
Package Commission Displays the service commission you have earned.
Membership Commission Displays the service commission you have earned.
Gift Card Commission Displays the service commission you have earned.
Request Therapist Displays the amount you earned when guests requested specifically for your services. 
No Show Commission Displays the no show commission you have earned when guests did not turn up for their appointments.
Cancelation Commission Displays the cancelation commission you have earned when guests canceled their appointments.
Commission Total Displays the total commission you have earned during the time period selected.
Tips Displays the service commission you have earned.

You can view your payroll information as follows:

Note: In this case, you can view two panels (top and bottom). The top panel displays commissions you earn for services and details about your hourly pay. The bottom panel displays commissions you earn on non-service related items such as commissions on sale of products, memberships, and gift cards.

Column Description
Date Each day of the pay period if you are configured to receive overtime on a daily basis, else end date of the pay period if you are configured to receive overtime based on the pay period.
Total Hours

Displays your total hours of work in the pay period. 
Your Total Hours of work depends on the Center level setting Calculate Payroll Hours Based on:

  • Scheduled and Actual Hours Combination
  • Actual check-in/check-out time

Total Hourly Pay Displays your total hourly pay, including overtime pay. Read: Hourly Pay/Service Commission Report <link>
Service Commission Displays the total service commission you earned that includes service commissions, add-on commissions, request therapist bonus, free service commission, no show commission, and cancellation commission.
Final Amount Displays the final payable amount for the employee on the day. It is the maximum of their hourly pay or the service commission for the day.
Hourly/Service

Displays the name of the item that is higher - Total Hourly Pay or Service Commission. If Total Hourly Pay is higher, this column reads 'Hourly'. If the Service Commission is higher, this column reads 'Service'.
